Senior Solutions Architect (Enterprise Accounts)

In this role you advance Databricks’ Data Intelligence Platform with top customers, shaping tailored solutions and adoption strategies. You work within a cross-functional team to drive platform alignment, architecture decisions, and customer success at scale. You engage with senior stakeholders to navigate complex environments and showcase the platform’s value. This is an opportunity to influence digital analytics journeys and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

• Engage with complex, large customers to drive unified platform goals
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies with Account Executives and Solutions Architects
• Coach account teams on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution within defined timelines
• Influence stakeholders across levels and ecosystems to align on the Databricks vision
• Serve as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and platform adoption
• Contribute to the technical community through collateral, workshops, seminars, and meet-ups
• Pursue ongoing development across tracks such as technical specialization, industry thought leadership, strategic vision, and people management

• Experience managing complex customer interactions and technical pre-sales processes
• Technical background in Data Engineering or Data Warehousing or ML/AI
• Experience with large, diverse customer bases across industries
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Proven ability to influence C-level executives and orchestrate cross-team collaboration
• Proficiency in Python or SQL, and willingness to learn Spark
• Hands-on experience with proofs-of-concept and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
• Ability to tailor technical solutions for specialized customer needs in a competitive landscape
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification
• Travel up to 60% to London offices and customer sites
