Senior Solutions Architect, MSP

In this role you will lead the MSP go-to-market and technical delivery, shaping end-to-end MSP solutions and reference architectures. You will work with MSP architects and customers to win deals, define multi-tenant and automation architectures, and influence commercial constructs. This is a zero-to-one build: you create the playbook, prove it in live engagements, and drive partner-driven growth. You join a mission-driven team focused on enabling MSPs to scale with Everpure’s data platform and storage products.

• Own end-to-end MSP opportunity leadership: discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs, and close
• Define end-to-end service architecture: multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operations, and MSP integration
• Model and influence commercial constructs: unit economics, cost per tenant, Evergreen//One and consumption models
• Displace competitors in MSP environments and position the platform (FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, Everpure Data Intelligence)
• Build credibility with MSP architects, practice leads, and CTOs, cultivating partner-side champions
• Feed MSP requirements back to global MSP program and Product Management; contribute reusable IP like reference architectures and service blueprints
• Work from the London office in alignment with company policy

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership with a track record of winning partner-led business
• Direct experience with MSPs and understanding of how they build, price, operate, and sell managed services
• Strong depth in modern data platform architecture: block, file, object, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, storage-as-a-service
• Commercial fluency: economics, TCO and margin discussions with MSP finance and leadership
• Excellent written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication with executive presence
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious—able to build a practice rather than inherit one
