Senior Solutions Architect - Tech & Services

In this role you will help shape product strategy, technology roadmaps and investment priorities within Softcat's Strategy & Architecture team. You’ll align business ambition with architectural direction, influence decisions, and deliver scalable, sustainable solutions across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers and Engineering Leads to drive technology-led transformation that supports Softcat’s growth. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership position at a FTSE 250 company focused on delivering tangible business outcomes.

• Define portfolio roadmaps and strategic direction
• Provide architectural leadership and solution design guidance
• Make technical debt visible and manage it across the portfolio
• Shape change initiatives and investment priorities
• Oversee service platforms, ITSM and operational capabilities
• Support internal productivity platforms
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align delivery with strategy
• Contribute to planning and prioritisation discussions

• Significant experience in Solution, Domain, Product or Enterprise Architecture
• Experience shaping technology roadmaps and strategic change
