Senior Solutions Consultant

In this Solutions Consultant role, you partner with Sales to shape and showcase Eightfold’s AI-driven Talent Intelligence solutions. You’ll lead demonstrations, tailor findings to customer needs, and guide technical and functional discussions to drive deal closure. You’ll influence product direction with feedback from prospects and own the delivery of compelling solutions for diverse customers. • Collaborate with Sales to define, measure, and drive technical and functional conversations with customers
• Identify and articulate how Eightfold’s solutions transform business processes for prospects
• Design and deliver demonstrations and workshops to illustrate the solution’s value
• Provide technical and functional guidance to support deal execution and closure
• Communicate customer and prospect feedback to influence product features and roadmap
• Lead the design and delivery of tailored solutions for prospects and customers
• Maintain pre- and post-sale customer relationships with ongoing support
• Articulate the technology vision to business leaders
• Represent the company at marketing events, industry trade shows, and panels

• Solutions Consulting/Sales Engineering experience
• Customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Affinity for startup culture, AI, and ownership mindset
• Experience in Talent Intelligence, HR/TA, Talent Management is desirable
• Demo automation software experience is a plus
• Excellent English presentation skills; other European languages desirable
• Willingness to transition from HR/TA practitioner to Solutions Consulting
