Technical Design Specialist/ Solutions Designer Senior

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of complex, large-scale, high-risk technology solutions .
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with architects, business analysts, infrastructure, security, and privacy teams.
• Design cloud-based solutions using containerization, orchestration, and microservices .
• Translate business and functional requirements into application and technical designs and create detailed low-level design artifacts.
• Support solution testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning .
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, architecture, and enterprise technology standards .

Must Have:

• Strong experience as a Technical Designer, Solution Designer, Technical Architect, or similar role .
• Experience with cloud, containers, orchestration, and microservices .
• Working knowledge of Healthcare FHIR and healthcare data exchange standards.
• Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and Azure DevOps/VSTS .
• Experience working with security architects and privacy SMEs , preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience with Visio, SharePoint, and MS Office .
• Knowledge of GO-ITS standards and enterprise architecture governance is an asset.
