Senior Solutions Designer Lead Developer

Lead Microsoft solution design and Scrum delivery as a Senior Solutions Designer and Lead Developer for hosted technology applications. Translate requirements into tested components.

This senior consultant designs hosted solutions using OPS specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models. The work combines senior development, Scrum mastery, business analysis, and application delivery. You will support applications hosted by LTC while meeting business requirements and project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Scrum development, standups, demos, and review meetings
• Translate business requirements into configurable application components
• Prepare technical plans, schedules, test plans, and change communications
• Establish build processes, scripts, and deployment guidance
• Oversee integration, architecture, reuse, and performance recommendations

Requirements:

• Experience with .NET, .NET Core, Angular, and ASP.NET MVC
• Experience developing Azure PaaS, SQL services, and Web APIs
• Experience with CI/CD, unit testing, and test automation
• Experience with microservices, containers, SQL, XML, and Microsoft web services
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
