- Articulate F5 product strategy, messaging, and value for customer objectives
- Deliver technical expertise through presentations, solution designs, demos, and POCs across mediums
- Assess opportunity viability and map organizational structure
- Lead the technical validation and sponsorship process with decision makers in sales opportunities
- Maintain world-class customer service throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal resources to share best practices and support opportunities
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with F5 technology or similar solutions (plus)
- Relevant certifications a plus
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
