Senior Solutions Engineer - Spend/ERP

In this role you will drive end‑to‑end spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high‑growth clients across EMEA. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable implementation plans, coordinating across Sales, Merchant Services, Product and external partners. You’ll guide integrations with ERP/HRIS and APIs, surfacing improvements to the product and ensuring timely go‑live. • Act as a trusted technical advisor on high‑value implementations and expansions
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures with ERP/HRIS integrations at core
• Collaborate with Sales on technical discovery to define integration blueprints and API/connectors usage
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide customers through robust, maintainable configurations
• Serve as SME on integration ecosystem and partner with Sales, Product, and partners to close gaps
• Create and maintain internal docs, playbooks, and lightweight tooling for scalable integrations
• Channel customer pain points to Product/Engineering to influence roadmap and feature prioritisation
• Support end‑to‑end delivery from pre‑sale to go‑live and early spend activation across EMEA

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management for complex tech/financial services projects
• 4+ years of client‑facing delivery in fast‑paced environments (SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration)
• Proven track record delivering cross‑functional projects with diverse stakeholders including executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with ability to lead steering meetings
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting systems, or expense platforms (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) and understanding data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds)
