Senior Solutions Engineer | UK | Remote

In this Solutions Engineer role, you will be the technical bridge between Grafana Labs, customers, and the Sales team, driving complex opportunities with deep product knowledge. You’ll translate customer requirements into Grafana-based solutions, deliver compelling technical demos, and contribute to enablement content. You’ll collaborate across remote teams to shape how Grafana’s value is communicated and adopted. This is a chance to influence product feedback and help customers succeed at scale, within a global, open-source culture.

• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers
• Own technical engagements and help close complex opportunities through deep technical understanding
• Deliver product and technical presentations to prospects and customers
• Communicate feedback on products and competitive landscape to internal teams
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
• Contribute to enablement content: docs, blogs, videos, knowledge base
• Enhance documentation and create public or private enablement materials

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership for diverse assignments
• First-class written and oral communication skills for remote teams and customers
• Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical advantages
• Enjoy solving technical challenges and delivering creative solutions
• Technical mindset and willingness to grow technically
