• Serve as a subject-matter expert for solution configurations and lead the implementation and testing of low-code solutions
• Translate requirements into designs and oversee development/testing projects and timelines
• Mentor team members, perform reviews and signoffs, and validate releases across the technical function
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure alignment with business goals and maintain project visibility
• Promote Agile practices and stay updated on trends to continuously improve delivery and quality

• Proven software development track record in a similar role
• Strong SQL skills including querying, data manipulation, and performance tuning
• Hands-on SSRS experience
• Unit, end-to-end, and acceptance testing proficiency
