Senior SRE (AWS)

Senior Site Reliability Engineer for a growing B2B SaaS platform transformation. You will own cloud reliability, manage incidents, and implement tooling to support platform upgrades. You’ll collaborate across teams to adopt new processes and shape how the cloud function operates at scale. This is a hands-on, on-call role with growth toward team leadership. You’ll work primarily with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability tooling to reduce outages and improve system resilience.

• Manage provisioning and configuration of servers and networks using Terraform and Kubernetes
• Monitor application performance with Datadog and other observability tools
• Lead incident response, driving improvements to recovery processes
• Own incident resolutions and reduce MTTR, incident frequency, and on-call toil
• Identify automation opportunities to raise reliability and efficiency
• Work on an on-call rota and be available to respond to incidents
• Collaborate with development and support teams to adopt new ways of working

• Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar (cloud, infrastructure, DevOps or platform engineering) in a customer-facing environment
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and on-premise VMs
• Experience with IaC (Terraform), Kubernetes, and monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or Azure Monitor)
• Ability to communicate across internal teams and external customers
• Networking skills across cloud and on-prem environments
• Windows or Linux systems administration (Linux preferred)
• Experience with AI tools to enhance efficiency
• Previous experience in a SaaS or MSP setting
• Ability to implement new processes and drive adoption across teams
