Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end solution development for enterprise-scale Agentic AI deployments, acting as the primary technical liaison from design to post-deployment optimization. You translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and customise platform components. You architect robust AI solutions with an emphasis on multi-agent orchestration, observability, and reusable frameworks. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product and best practices, driving impactful customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution development for high-stakes customer deployments
  • Be the primary technical contact from integration design to post-deployment optimization
  • Translate vague requirements into structured engineering plans with milestones
  • Customise platform components—APIs, tooling, bespoke logic
  • Architect scalable, compliant Agentic AI solutions across industries
  • Lead multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and LLM/SLM integration design
  • Champion observability, telemetry, and auditable AI standards
  • Build and maintain reusable frameworks and asset libraries
  • Guide cross-functional teams and mentor engineers
  • Provide product feedback to Platform Engineering on gaps and pain points
  • Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and technical posts

Key requirements
  • 8–12+ years of engineering experience
  • 3+ years in customer-facing or FDE roles
  • Proven track record deploying AI/ML or data-intensive apps in production
  • Strong full-stack skills: Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL, REST/GraphQL
  • DevOps proficiency: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, major cloud platforms
  • Expertise in LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Vector DBs, RAG pipelines, Agentic orchestration frameworks
  • Agentic/integrations: MCP, Salesforce/SAP/Other
  • Excellent communication with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Mentorship capability and collaborative team-first mindset
  • BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
