Overview

In this role you help grow and scale Zable, a mobile-first credit card by applying data-driven strategies across pricing, growth, and product analytics. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize promotions, forecast performance, and evaluate expansion opportunities, driving responsible growth and customer-focused decisions. You’ll influence senior leadership with concise, data-backed insights and help shape strategic direction in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive promotions & pricing strategy through data-driven analysis and experimentation to balance engagement, growth, price elasticity, and profitability
  • Build insight into marketing campaigns and conversion funnel performance to improve cost and conversion efficiency
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure products remain fit for purpose
  • Collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics, Growth and Data Science to understand product and portfolio performance at granular sub-segments
  • Define KPIs and develop monitoring to track performance and deliver actionable recommendations
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities for new product, channel and segment with robust commercial assessment frameworks (e.g., RoI/NPV)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Credit Risk, Data Science, Product and Growth to implement strategies
  • Present insights to senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Ensure strategies perform post-deployment and iterate as needed
  • Mentor junior analysts and pursue defined career progression pathways
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics role (growth, credit risk, product analytics, marketing, etc.)
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Desirable: experience in an FCA-regulated financial services firm
