Senior Strategy Financial Analyst

Build financial models and business cases in Toronto as a Senior Analyst supporting TD Direct Investing’s strategy and competitive intelligence team.

This Senior Analyst role connects financial analysis with client, market, and competitor insights. You will evaluate growth opportunities, product enhancements, pricing decisions, and investment priorities. The work supports informed decisions across business, product, finance, analytics, and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses on risks and trade-offs
• Analyze data to explain performance and client behaviour
• Assess competitors, market trends, and industry practices
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree, preferably in business or finance
• Three-plus years’ analytical experience with financial analysis
• Strong Excel, financial modelling, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
• Online brokerage, wealth management, or self-directed investing knowledge
