Overview

In this role you will provide specialist support for FSI capabilities within Cerner Millennium to international healthcare customers, maintaining critical interfaces and ensuring reliable services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve complex issues, leveraging automation and AI-assisted tooling to drive service improvement. Your work directly supports better care delivery by stabilising interfaces and enabling timely decision-making. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary customer contact for FSI service requests, change requests, and inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex front-end and back-end issues, escalating advanced problems when needed
  • Manage service requests per SLAs and KPIs, prioritising by severity and urgency
  • Communicate progress and resolutions clearly to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to report design, reliability and maintenance issues and assist in problem resolution
  • Document investigation notes, activities, resolutions and knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle
  • Maintain interfaces and related documentation for ADT, SIU, ORM, ORU and MDM message types
  • Support interface monitoring and post-go-live maintenance to sustain system reliability and performance
  • Analyze and execute ad-hoc Cerner Command Language (CCL) scripts to resolve issues and improve functionality
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide outside-hours support as required
Key requirements
  • Bachelor in Information Technology
  • Proficient English
  • Experience with HL7 standards
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • At least two years of Cerner Millennium interface experience
