Senior Surveyor - Data Centre Advisory (EMEA)

Colliers is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the EMEA Data Centre Advisory team in London. The role offers the opportunity to work with hyperscalers, colocation providers, investors, developers and occupiers across the data centre sector.

You will provide strategic real estate, development and transaction advice, support site acquisitions and disposals, leasing, market analysis and development advisory assignments across EMEA, while building strong client relationships.
