Senior System Engineer

As Senior System Engineer, you will drive multi-disciplinary R&D projects within our connected devices line, shaping system and hardware, embedded, ATE, software, and integration. You’ll work in a cross-site, product-focused team to deliver discovery and delivery outcomes that meet customer and business value. You’ll define requirements, solve technical problems, and lead proof-of-concept and field tests, while partnering with embedded, HW, backend, and frontend experts. This role offers exposure to new technologies and a hands-on, collaborative environment that values learning and innovation. You will help bridge product vision with technical execution to advance our animal health solutions
Responsibilities- Define system, hardware, embedded, ATE, software and integration requirements and contribute to the design stage of each discipline
- Define protocol and engage in technical problem solving, proof of concept, and field testing
- Assist in test design and investigations
- Lead work groups within multi-disciplinary R&D projects in the connected devices line
- Collaborate with product and platform teams across multiple sites and with engineers across hardware, software, and backend/frontend domains
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years in system design of multidisciplinary systems
- Experience with communication products, embedded hardware, RF systems
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to understand complex IoT systems and grasp new technical concepts quickly
- Experience in complex multidisciplinary projects with high technical know-how
