Overview

In this role you will provide expert SAP SuccessFactors leadership within Enterprise Digital Services, ensuring a secure, resilient platform aligned with business needs. You will drive system design, integration, and service improvements across geographies, elevating user experience and operational efficiency. You’ll mentor teams, shape the HR technology roadmap, and push continuous evolution of corporate IT services. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity at a state-of-the-art Farnborough facility, contributing to critical defence-related innovations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership across SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems, shaping strategy and aligning with business objectives
  • Manage configuration, security, governance, and compliance including RBAC, change management, audit readiness, and data protection
  • Lead system support, incident resolution and service delivery as escalation point for complex issues
  • Oversee integrations, data management, migrations, validations, platform upgrades, and continuous optimisation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to define requirements, roadmap, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement, documentation, testing, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance usability and efficiency
Key requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP ecosystem supporting multiple modules
  • Experience configuring, supporting, integrating, and optimising SuccessFactors modules
  • Strategic technical leadership with ability to shape roadmaps across multi-site organisations
  • Strong governance, security, and service management knowledge including GDPR and ISO 27001
  • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
