Senior System Test Engineer

In this role you will lead system-level testing for networked audio systems, ensuring hardware, firmware, software, and network components work together seamlessly. You will design realistic, multi-device test scenarios, validate end-to-end functionality, and drive high-quality releases in a fast-paced product development environment. You collaborate across global teams to improve test processes and mentor colleagues, shaping a robust verification culture. • Lead creation and execution of comprehensive test plans for audio conferencing systems
• Design and run customer-focused test scenarios reflecting real-world conferencing environments (multi-device, cross-system interactions)
• Validate performance across interconnected hardware, software, and network systems
• Identify, troubleshoot, and document product issues with global teams
• Drive testing efforts to meet launch schedules and release deadlines
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a quality-driven test culture
• Improve test processes, tools, and methodologies
• Hands-on lab work to configure setups, integrate systems, and debug scenarios
• Support rapid, high-quality product releases in an agile environment

• 8+ years in quality engineering or system testing with hardware-software integration
• Experience testing interconnected systems and product ecosystems with emphasis on end-to-end functionality and interoperability
• Proficiency in manual and automated testing including regression, performance, and integration
• Familiarity with embedded systems and networked device testing
• Proven track record delivering quality results to meet release deadlines
• Strong technical leadership, ability to learn quickly, mentor others, and influence decisions
• Self-driven, ownership mindset, commitment to understanding and improving system behavior
