Senior Systems Engineer

In this role you will translate complex customer needs into multi-level requirements and design advanced system architectures using MBSE. You’ll oversee integration, analysis and testing of real-time systems spanning electronics, mechanics, optics and software. You’ll guide and coach engineers, apply modern lifecycle practices like Learn First and Agile, and ensure outcomes meet customer expectations. • Understand customer needs and develop/validate/manage requirements at multiple levels
• Develop complex system architectures and subsystems using Model Based Systems Engineering
• Integrate, analyze and test real-time multi-discipline systems
• Lead collaborative technical work packages and coach other engineers
• Apply lifecycle processes and modern approaches to enable high-quality system evolution

• Proven experience in requirements management, design analyses, modelling and simulation
• Experience with DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB and/or Simulink; SysML
• Customer and/or supplier liaison experience validating and agreeing satisfying needs
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject
• Desirable: experience in integration, test and verification of real-time and/or safety-related systems; understanding of safety assessment processes
