Senior Systems Engineer

In this Senior Systems Engineer role at SEA, you lead the design, development, and support of complex naval and undersea systems. You’ll steward requirements across the engineering lifecycle, contribute to bids, and drive integration, qualification, and testing activities. The position offers hybrid working from Bristol, Beckington, or Barnstaple with a focus on impactful, mission-driven projects that protect what matters. • Defining and managing requirements throughout the engineering lifecycle
• Providing technical input to bidding activities

• Work package generation and execution

• Degree or HND in Engineering (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience across the engineering lifecycle as a Systems Engineer
• Strong requirements capture and experience with a requirements management tool
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of MBSE

• Experience of Sonar or the Underwater Battlespace environment
