In this Systems Engineer role, you will shape high-performance defence systems for current and future aircraft platforms, working within multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into practical, testable solutions. You’ll define requirements, participate in system and sub-system development, and coordinate with suppliers, integrators, and users across the UK. The role offers leadership opportunities, mentoring, and direct engagement with customers and industry partners to deliver impactful capabilities.

- Science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience
- Experience or desire to gain electronic warfare domain knowledge
- Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle (problem definition, requirements engineering incl. IBM DOORS, systems architecture, MBSE, verification and validation)
- Capacity to manage requirements and documentation and perform integration
- Five years UK residency and UK passport (security requirements)
