Senior Systems Engineer

In this Systems Engineer role, you will shape high-performance defence systems for current and future aircraft platforms, working within multidisciplinary teams to translate concepts into practical, testable solutions. You’ll define requirements, participate in system and sub-system development, and coordinate with suppliers, integrators, and users across the UK. • Develop requirements and test plans
• Control parts, documentation, and change management
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on system/sub-system development
• Engage with suppliers, integrators, and users across the UK
• Lead technical activities and initiatives
• Mentor and coach other engineers
• Create and deliver reports, proposals, and presentations
• Model and verify system performance; conduct testing and trials

• Science-based Honours degree or equivalent experience
• Experience or desire to gain electronic warfare domain knowledge
• Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle (problem definition, requirements engineering incl. IBM DOORS, systems architecture, MBSE, verification and validation)
• Capacity to manage requirements and documentation and perform integration
• Five years UK residency and UK passport (security requirements)
