• Identify and engage stakeholders for the Through-Life Services element and support the stakeholder engagement strategy
• Elicit and analyse stakeholder needs to define optimal capability solutions
• Contribute to concepts and architectures for the Through-Life Support solution with design teams and SMEs
• Conduct system functional analysis, modelling and architecture development/refinement
• Apply appropriate tools and techniques for problem definition within the team
• Define and establish Use Cases to inform Functional Analysis and derive logical architecture
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align TLS architecture with programme elements
• Identify and escalate issues, contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Prepare high‑quality reports and presentations for customers and industry partners
• Build and maintain relationships across the business to promote best practice

• Experience capturing and analysing stakeholder needs for service solutions in future operational environments
• MBSE approaches to develop service and product architectures
