Overview

In this role you will shape and deliver next-generation, multidisciplinary defence systems. You will translate complex customer needs into robust system solutions and drive MBSE across architecture, design and testing. You’ll lead technical work, coach teammates and collaborate with customers and suppliers to meet ambitious objectives. This is a growth-focused, collaborative environment where your ideas influence system delivery from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Capture and shape multi-level requirements to drive system design
  • Architecture using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for complex systems
  • Support integration, analysis, and testing across electronic, mechanical, optical, and software domains
  • Lead technical work packages and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations
  • Coach, mentor, and provide technical leadership within the team
Key requirements
  • Strong experience in requirements management, modelling, simulation, and design analysis
  • Hands-on experience with DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, or Simulink
  • Knowledge of SysML and model-based methodologies
  • Proven track record of working with customers and suppliers to define and validate technical requirements
  • Degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline such as Systems Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or Mathematics
  • Strong communication and collaboration
