Senior Systems Engineer

In this role you will lead systems engineering across the complete lifecycle for satellite and space-based projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure performance and delivery. You will shape system architecture, requirements, and design, guiding integration and verification activities. The position sits at the core of complex programmes with exposure to cutting-edge space initiatives. You will contribute to a growing, forward-looking engineering team in a hybrid London setting.

• Lead system architecture, requirements, and design activities
• Manage requirements capture, validation, and verification
• Support integration, testing, and system-level analysis

• Proven experience in a systems engineering role (senior level)
• Background in aerospace, defence, or space sector projects
• Strong understanding of the full systems lifecycle (V-model)
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g. DOORS)
