You lead multidisciplinary teams and act as Technical Lead where needed, shaping architecture and verification strategies. You’ll manage complex interfaces and trade-offs to deliver reliable space systems. This is a chance to influence end-to-end spacecraft development at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Provide systems engineering leadership across spacecraft projects and work packages
  • Maintain coherence across requirements, architecture, interfaces, budgets, verification, AIT and operations
  • Define and manage spacecraft and mission architectures including CONOPS and subsystem architectures
  • Lead requirements definition, traceability, verification and compliance
  • Manage interfaces between subsystems and across boundaries (platform-payload, space-ground, launch, suppliers)
  • Lead technical trade-offs balancing performance, feasibility, cost, schedule and risk
  • Lead system budget analysis (mass, power, data, delta-V, RF)
  • Plan and lead verification and validation activities, including strategy, test planning and criteria
  • Support integration, qualification and acceptance testing; resolve test anomalies
  • Review outputs, communicate status and risks; mentor engineers; contribute to bid/proposal activity
