We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join a well-established technology business specialising in advanced radio communication systems used across the global aviation sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in RF / Radio Communications, IP Networks and complex systems development to take a leading technical role within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

As Senior Systems Engineer, you will be involved throughout the full product development life cycle, helping develop and verify integrated system solutions that meet technical and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Requirements capture and translating requirements into functional use cases
• Defining system and functional requirements
• Supporting technical and design reviews
• Working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Ensuring systems meet relevant industry standards and regulations
• Developing system diagrams, configurations and technical documentation

Skills & Experiences:

• Strong experience in Systems Engineering
• A background working with Radio Communications, RF systems or similar technologies
• Good knowledge of IP networking technologies
• Experience across the full product development life cycle
• A degree or similar higher education in a relevant subject
