Senior Systems Engineer

In this Senior Systems Engineer role, you will drive systems engineering activities within Thales OME, shaping requirements, interfaces, and verification across multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll define system behavior, develop and execute test procedures, and gather evidence of requirement conformance. You’ll work hybrid across Glasgow or Reading sites, with potential travel and UK security clearance. You’ll contribute to advanced optronics and missile electronics programs that support national security and strategic operations.

• Define systems requirements for the product
• Create design documentation capturing the systems engineering design
• Define internal and external interfaces and system boundaries
• Specify functional system behavior
