As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead the technical development of integrated RF and radio communication systems for aviation applications. You will work within multidisciplinary engineering teams to translate customer requirements into robust system solutions. You’ll guide the full product development lifecycle, from requirements capture to verification and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a technology business where your expertise shapes critical communications systems on a global scale.
Responsibilities- Capture and translate requirements into functional use cases
- Define system and functional requirements
- Support technical and design reviews
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop system diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation
- Strong experience in Systems Engineering
- Background in Radio Communications, RF systems or similar technologies
- Good knowledge of IP networking technologies
- Experience across the full product development life cycle
- Degree or similar higher education in a relevant subject
