• Develop, decompose and manage system and subsystem requirements with full traceability
• Define system architectures and interfaces using MBSE
• Lead verification and validation activities, test planning and acceptance criteria
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulations and best practices
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and act as technical interface with stakeholders
• Provide technical direction, manage engineering risks and support key project decisions
• Lead, coach and develop Systems Engineers to build a high-performing team

• Degree-qualified in a STEM discipline, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle (requirements, architecture, integration, V&V)
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team in systems engineering
• Ability to apply systems engineering principles to complex projects
