As Senior EPU Integration Engineer, you own the physical integration of the Electric Propulsion Unit within the aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient, and certifiable installation. You work at the heart of the aircraft architecture, collaborating with structures, stress, manufacturing and supplier teams to balance interfaces, mass, and safety. You define space allocation in the digital mock-up, produce installation drawings, and drive verification for certification. You contribute to safeguarding performance, delivery, and lifecycle integrity. This role offers impact on safety and the path to regulatory certification in a fast-growing aerospace scale-up.

- Define and manage EPU space allocation in the digital mock-up
- Produce 3D CAD models and installation drawings
- Establish and document physical interfaces with internal teams and suppliers
- Translate integration needs into verifiable requirements and validate them
- Drive mass reduction while maintaining structural integrity
- Manage EPU configurations and ensure consistency across design and build
- Collaborate with stress and fatigue specialists to meet lifetime load requirements
- Define verification approaches and support certification-related test activities
- Contribute to certification activities and regulatory engagement
- Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Experience integrating electric propulsion or complex powertrain systems into aircraft
- Multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver optimized integration
- Ability to define physical interfaces, write and validate requirements
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, fastening, and structural design principles
- Understanding of mechanical loads and fatigue effects
- Proficiency with CAD tools (CATIA) for integration and installation drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
