Senior Systems QA Test Lead

Lead systems testing with Azure DevOps and Selenium in a hybrid Senior QA Specialist role based at 5700 Yonge Street. Guide quality efforts across complex systems.

As a Senior Systems Testing and QA Specialist, you will lead planning, organization, and implementation of testing efforts. You will develop test plans, cases, scenarios, scripts, and data while supporting Agile epics and user stories. The work spans GUI and non-GUI environments, systems integration, functional, non-functional, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing strategy, plans, tools, and resource identification
• Develop, maintain, document, and execute test materials
• Oversee QA activities performed by other analysts
• Document results, defects, statistics, metrics, and status
• Support stakeholders, developers, and project teams

Requirements:

• Seven or more years as a Systems Testing QA Specialist
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Knowledge of Selenium or Microsoft Power Platform testing tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps and relational databases
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices
