Senior Systems QA Testing Specialist

Lead systems QA across web and mobile technologies in a hybrid Senior Specialist position, applying manual testing and accessibility expertise.

This senior Quality Assurance Specialist plans testing for large systems across GUI and non-GUI environments. The work includes DevOps, Agile, Scrum, UAT, AODA, and systems integration testing. You will create test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, scenarios, and data requirements while supporting project teams through delivery and ongoing systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on testing strategies, plans, tools, and resources
• Plan testing efforts for large GUI and non-GUI systems
• Execute functional, non-functional, integration, stress, and UAT testing
• Analyze requirements and create test data requirements
• Triage defects and produce detailed summary reports

Requirements:

• 10+ years of manual systems, mobile, AODA, and UAT testing
• 10+ years analyzing BRDs and creating test data requirements
• Experience with DevOps, Agile, Scrum, web, mobile, and multiple platforms
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA criteria
• ServiceOntario, Canada Post, payment gateway, Google Analytics, and Crystal Reports experience
