Senior Systems Testing QA Specialist

Lead systems testing and quality assurance with test strategy, defect management, and Microsoft DevOps version control experience. This senior assignment supports structured testing.

The Senior Systems Testing QA Specialist develops test plans, cases, scripts, scenarios, and reports. You coordinate testing with project managers, business resources, developers, and vendors. The work spans functional, non-functional, integration, regression, load, performance, data, and user acceptance testing. You also support quality assurance processes throughout the Systems Development Life Cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and scenarios
• Manage test schedules, activities, and testing cycle reporting
• Lead execution and track defects through resolution
• Prepare test data and execute database queries
• Facilitate reviews and initial user acceptance sessions

Requirements:

• Eight-plus years of demonstrated quality assurance experience
• Experience leading QA teams and managing collaborative defect tracking
• Microsoft DevOps or comparable version control experience
• Knowledge of all Systems Development Life Cycle phases
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
