Senior Talent Data & Automation Partner

Publicis Groupe UK is seeking a Senior Talent Project and Data Partner to shape how Talent, including HR, supports people and the business. You will lead data strategy, governance and automation, partnering with agencies to deliver scalable, practical experiences for employees and managers.

You will translate workforce insights into actions, drive self-service solutions, and guide change from discovery to adoption, building strong cross-functional relationships across the network.
