Overview

As Senior Talent Project and Data Partner, you will shape the UK Talent Operations data strategy, turning people data into insights to inform decisions across Talent, Finance and leadership. You will lead automation and operational change to simplify HR processes and improve colleagues’ experiences. You will translate business needs into self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions and guide adoption from discovery to delivery. You’ll build trusted cross-agency relationships and lead the Talent Operations data team to high-quality impact.

Responsibilities
  • Own the UK Talent Operations data strategy with governance, reporting, data quality and continuous improvement
  • Turn people data into actionable insights for Talent, Finance, Operations and senior leadership
  • Lead opportunities to simplify and automate Talent and HR processes to reduce manual work
  • Translate business needs into practical self-service, systems and AI-enabled solutions
  • Guide operational change from discovery through implementation and adoption, managing risks
  • Build trusted relationships across Talent and the wider agency network to align requirements
  • Lead and support the Talent Operations data team, developing capability and ensuring quality delivery
Key requirements
  • Experience in People or HR Operations, HR transformation, people data, automation, continuous improvement or operational change
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actions for better business decisions
  • Understanding of HR systems, data governance, change management and scalable processes
  • Capacity to provide structure and momentum in evolving work and handling ambiguity
  • Collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement in design and delivery of change
  • Interest in responsible use of automation and AI to create self-service experiences
  • People leadership skills with focus on development and inclusion
