We are working with a known CPA firm in Shelton, CT that is looking to hire an experienced Tax Senior . The firm has intentionally built a culture around work-life balance and long-term career development .


Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000+

Schedule:

  • Hybrid schedule with 2-3 days WFH
  • Fridays off May 1 through October 1
  • 3 weeks PTO + paid holidays
  • Busy season averages approximately 55 hours/week

Ideal Background:

  • Strong 1040 experience is the #1 requirement
  • 4+ years of Public Accounting experience
  • CPA preferred but not required
