Senior Tax Analyst

Fairview Search Group, LLC is conducting an EXCLUSIVE SEARCH for a Senior Tax Analyst for a Multi-Billion company located in South Charlotte.

Total Compensation- $120K plus

Summary:

• Analyze financial statement information to identify book vs. tax adjustments.
• Prepare federal and state corporate income tax workpapers.
• Assist with the consolidation aspects of the Company’s federal income tax return.
• Assist with the preparation and review of S Corporation and partnership tax returns.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
• Assist with income tax audits.
• Assist with the preparation of the company’s tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 (formerly FAS 109 and FIN 48).
• Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.

The successful candidate will possess:

• 4 year degree in Accounting or Business with concentration in Accounting
• 2-4 years National Public Accounting experience(Tax)
• CPA or CPA candidate
