It's always interesting when you come across a firm where people have been there for 10, 15, even 20 years.

Especially in Public Accounting, where moving firms every few years has almost become the norm.

I've known this firm for years, and one thing has always stood out to me. People genuinely seem happy there. The culture is supportive, the Partners are approachable, and when someone does leave, it's usually for an opportunity outside Public Accounting.

Which is why I think this is a particularly good opportunity.

They're looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join their Private Client team, working with high net worth individuals, families, trusts and estates.

You'll be doing genuinely interesting tax work, with plenty of opportunity to advise clients rather than simply review returns all day. Think complex tax planning, wealth preservation, estate considerations and building relationships with families who have trusted the firm for generations.

A few things worth knowing:

• Salary between $160,000 and $220,000 depending on experience.
• Hybrid working from either Palm Beach Gardens or Boca Raton.
• A well established Private Client practice with sophisticated clients and interesting work.
• Supportive leadership, approachable Partners and long term growth opportunities.

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years of Public Accounting tax experience.
• Strong experience with high net worth individuals, trusts and estates.
• Experience with complex tax planning and reviewing individual, trust, gift and estate tax returns.
• Someone who enjoys building client relationships and providing advice.
• Experience managing and developing a team.
• CPA preferred.
