$110,000 - $135,000

Key Responsibilities For The Senior Technical Accountant

• Research, analyze, and document technical accounting issues under U.S. GAAP


• Interpret and apply ASC guidance to complex transactions and accounting matters


• Prepare accounting memos and supporting documentation for management and external auditors


• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting requirements


• Maintain and update accounting policies to ensure compliance with current accounting standards

Qualifications For The Senior Technical Accountant

• Active CPA or Pursuit Strongly Preferred


• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements


• Experience researching and applying ASC guidance and technical accounting standards


• Public accounting, SEC reporting, or corporate technical accounting experience preferred
