• Lead Dynatrace observability architecture and monitoring strategy.
• Analyze and optimize alerts to reduce noise and improve detection.
• Create SOPs, dashboards, SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Drive APM and deep-monitoring adoption for WebLogic and middleware platforms.
• Collaborate with Dynatrace teams on new monitoring capabilities.
• Apply GCP monitoring expertise to improve platform reliability.
