Overview
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will help ensure successful delivery of custom applications for Workday customers within a start-up–minded micro-business. You’ll translate business needs into actionable analyses and designs, guide colleagues in the Workday Extend practice, and collaborate with global clients. You’ll identify risks and drive value through cross-functional workshops, data analysis, and clear documentation. This role offers learning, growth, and a chance to shape Workday-based solutions at scale.
Responsibilities- Analyze and translate business needs into cost-effective solutions
- Guide and educate others within the Workday Extend practice
- Articulate problems and proposed solutions to technical and business stakeholders
- Contribute to building features and technical components of a product or service
- Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies for delivery
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on user needs
- Analyze data to support decisions and recommendations
- Establish relationships with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver business value
- Advocate Agile practices and promote minimum viable product concepts
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria in a concise, development-ready way
- Prepare UX wireframes to illustrate proposed business solutions
- Manage multiple small projects within a flexible, learning-focused environment
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in a BA role
- Experience as a BA with Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of HR domain and processes
- Project management skills and experience
