Senior Technical Business Analyst

In this role you will support the Integrations product team across business and technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design to bridge gaps between current and desired states. You will help specify architecture and technology choices and support testing and change to maximise benefits. You will research business needs and the tech environment to deliver viable solutions aligned with policy and regulatory requirements. • Support the Integrations product team with business and technical analysis
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders to inform design and architecture
• Contribute to service design and technology selection
• Support testing and business change to maximise benefits
• Research business needs and the current technology environment
• Translate needs into solutions that bridge the gap between current and desired states
• Ensure the team addresses the right issue with appropriate tools

• Significant experience authoring high-quality BA documentation (requirements, options analysis, process design BPMN 2.0, user stories, test scripts, acceptance criteria)
• Ability to gather and interpret user requirements and produce viable user-centric solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical outputs (workflows, data models, specifications for Integrations, APIs, data structures)
• Ability to identify risks, gaps and implementation challenges with mitigation strategies
