Senior Technical Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support the Integrations product team across business and technical analysis, stakeholder engagement, and service design to bridge gaps between current and desired states. You will help specify architecture and technology choices and support testing and change to maximise benefits. You will research business needs and the tech environment to deliver viable solutions aligned with policy and regulatory requirements. This is a chance to influence integration initiatives within a reputable research university and contribute to technology-enabled change.

• Support the Integrations product team with business and technical analysis

• Significant experience authoring high-quality BA documentation (requirements, options analysis, process design BPMN 2.0, user stories, test scripts, acceptance criteria)
• Ability to gather and interpret user requirements and produce viable user-centric solutions
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical outputs (workflows, data models, specifications for Integrations, APIs, data structures)
• Ability to identify risks, gaps and implementation challenges with mitigation strategies
