You combine BA methods with deep data and database insight to understand transformations and support integration across systems. You’ll translate complex concepts for diverse audiences and promote knowledge transfer within a cross-functional context. The position emphasizes digital transformation and modern architecture patterns in a collaborative, data-driven environment, delivering measurable business impact.
Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between IT and business objectives to support project delivery
- Enable knowledge sharing and transfer of business rules for integration
- Analyze data and data transformations to inform design and implementation
- Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders across audiences
- Support digital transformation efforts from legacy systems to modern architectures (e.g., microservices, data hubs, Salesforce)
- Contribute to data modeling, mapping, and reporting efforts
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
- Understanding of databases and data structures, SQL queries, REST APIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with digital transformation and modern architecture patterns (microservices, data hubs, Salesforce)
