Senior Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365

Design and deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate
Balance technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints
Participate in discovery workshops to understand business opportunities, stakeholder needs and technical requirements
Lead proof of concept and innovation initiatives independently or alongside delivery partners and cross-functional teams
Author functional and technical requirements, solution designs and implementation guidance
Act as a technology and delivery coach
Mentor team members and strengthen engineering and consultancy capability

Requirements

• Strong experience across Dynamics 365 (Sales and Customer Service) and the Power Platform
• Proven track record as a senior consultant or lead consultant working with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and shape solutions
• Solid understanding of enterprise delivery practices, including integration patterns, data management, CI/CD, testing and agile ways of working
• Experience producing and governing high-quality solution designs, standards and best practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent relevant qualification
• Exposure to financial services or insurance industries
