Senior Technical Implementation Consultant

Lead customer-facing implementations with SQL, integrations, and data modeling for EZOps, a mobile-first oilfield management software platform.

As Senior Implementation Consultant, you will balance customer relationships with technical delivery. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and execute integrations, scripting, and data work. The position supports implementations, enhancements, and complex issues beyond Level 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary technical contact through implementation and support
• Manage expectations and understand customer business processes
• Lead technical discovery and translate requirements into designs
• Build integrations using APIs, databases, and scripting
• Own ETL pipelines, Snowflake data, and infrastructure scripts

Requirements:

• Five-plus years in software development or technical delivery
• Customer-facing requirements, scoping, estimating, and delivery experience
• Strong SQL with relational databases and data warehouses
• REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and ETL integration experience
• Comfort using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot
