Senior Technical Lead

In this role you will design, build and validate AI/ML solutions on the Google Cloud stack, focusing on telecom-specific use cases. You’ll model and transform data, deploy AI capabilities, and ensure scalable, secure delivery across data and platform components. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into operational AI solutions, maintaining standards and staying current with tooling. This is a hands-on engineering role with impact on telecommunication data processes and architecture, offering scope to influence cloud-based AI delivery at scale.

• Build, code, and unit-test solution components using established scope
• Design, develop, evaluate, and operationalize AI/agentic capabilities with Google Cloud AI Stack and telco use cases
• Model, ingest, transform, secure, and serve data using GCP Data Engineering
• Design, provision, configure, migrate, and tune platform components via MLOps & Containerization
• Implement domain-specific telecom data processes, rules, standards, and validations
• Apply Cloud Architecture as an additional skill for this demand
• Demonstrate strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across tools
• Maintain current proficiency with primary tools and follow approved designs and standards
• Analyze and validate AI/ML use cases, workflows, and responsible-AI expectations
• Translate stakeholder needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate reviews, demonstrations, UAT, and sign-offs
• Maintain functional specs, process flows, risks, and status reporting
• Support stakeholder discussions, clarify requirements, and escalate risks early
• Support release readiness, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live stabilization
• Engage client stakeholders and cross-functional teams with strong communication
• Bring 4–7 years of relevant experience aligned to the Regular Engineer band
