Job Summary
Lead end-to-end implementation of CIAM solutions with Transmit Security as the core platform.
Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and standards.
Implement and customize SSO, MFA, and OIDC protocols for secure authentication flows.
Develop and integrate APIs for user sign-in/sign-up and user profile management.
Design and customize user journeys as per client requirements using orchestration tools.
Deliver UI customization for login, registration, and profile pages.
Hands-on coding experience in Java, HTML, and related technologies for advanced customizations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, translate requirements, and manage onboarding until go-live.
Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers In Embedded Networking, Improving Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Mentorship And Training.
Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes Using Linux And C, Optimizing Performance And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards To Ensure Successful Delivery Of Complex Projects.
Ensure Process Compliance In The Embedded Networking Module And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions To Evaluate Feasibility Studies, Identifying Technical Alternatives, Risks, And Breakdown Into Components, While Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate The Closure Of Escalations.
Skill Requirements
Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Concepts And Protocols.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Linux Operating Systems And Development Environments.
Advanced Proficiency In C Programming Language And Related Development Tools.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Apply Judgment In Complex Project Scenarios.
Other Requirements
Optional But Valuable Certifications Include Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic).
