Overview
In this role you will support the Technical Director to drive the development programme for residential projects in London and the Home Counties. You will coordinate external consultants, manage construction information, and ensure timely progress and cost control. You will attend site meetings, resolve technical issues, and explore value engineering with a focus on show home delivery. The role offers progression within a reputable, vibrant team committed to quality and staff development.
Responsibilities- Assist the Technical Director in development programme preparation.
- Brief, manage and drive external consultants in the preparation, issue and approval of construction information and sales/conveyance information.
- Attend site progress meetings and conduct site inspections.
- Review and produce development cost schedules monthly and agree actions with the Technical Director.
- Coordinate between internal and external parties; respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction problems.
- Review value engineering and enhancement opportunities, focusing on show home delivery.
